      린넨 제품은 입고 나서 매번 세탁하기보다 걸어서 바람을 통하게 해주는 것이 좋습니다.
      기계 세탁 시 30도에서 순한 세제를 사용하며, 저속 회전 모드로 탈수해주세요.
      고온 세탁은 섬유를 약하게 만들 수 있으며, 변색의 위험이 있습니다.
      대신 손세탁 후 미지근한 물로 헹궈주세요.
      걸거나 평평하게 펼친 채로 공기 중에서 말리는 것이 가장 좋습니다.
  • 울
      울 소재는 다른 섬유만큼 자주 세탁할 필요는 없습니다. 오히려 횟수가 적을수록 오래 갈 수 있지요. 세탁을 대신할 만한 방법을 소개합니다.
      바람 쐬기 ? 간단하게 옷을 걸어두세요. 대다수의 울 소재 섬유는 항균성을 띠고 있어 어느 정도는 스스로 세척됩니다.
      빗질하기 ? 빗질은 보풀을 방지해줄 뿐만 아니라 (팔 안쪽이나 가방이 닿는 곳처럼 마찰이 심한 부분을 좀 더 빗질해주세요) 고유의 유분이 나와 새 옷처럼 보이게 합니다.
      얼룰 제거 ? 작은 부분만 오염된 경우엔 통째로 세탁할 필요가 없이 그 부분만 세탁합니다. 다만 소재를 손상하지 않도록 농축 세제를 과도하게 쓰지 않도록 주의해주세요.
      만약 제품 라벨의 세탁기호 아래에 선이 그어져 있다면 세탁에 특히 주의를 기울여 주세요. 이 기호는 제품을 약하게 세탁하거나 탈수를 약하게 또는 하지 말라는 뜻입니다.
      이를 제대로 따르지 않으면 제품에 손상이 가거나 뻣뻣해지고 수축 현상이 나타날 수 있습니다.
      또한, 니트 아이템은 회전식 건조기를 쓰지 말아주세요. 대신 건조 시 모직물을 수건 위에 평평히 놓아주세요.
      남아있는 물기가 흡수되면서 모양을 부드럽게 잡아줍니다. (니트는 젖었을 때 무거워지는데 옷걸이 같은 곳에 걸어두면 이 무게가 형태를 망가뜨리기도 합니다.
  • 캐시미어
      캐시미어 제품에 보풀은 마찰로 인한 자연스러운 현상이며, 쉽게 제거될 수 있습니다.
      제품을 평평하게 펼쳐 놓고 부드럽게 캐시미어 빗으로 쓸어주세요. 섬유를 강화하고 보풀이 덜 생기게 해줍니다.
      캐시미어는 입을 때마다 세탁하기보다 입고 난 다음 바람이 통하게 해주는 것이 좋습니다.
      세탁 시에는 약한 세제 또는 샴푸를 소량 사용하여 저온에서 약한 세탁 모드 및 저속 회전 탈수로 하거나 손세탁 후 헹구어주세요.
      옷을 비틀지 않고 남은 물을 짜준 뒤 수건 위에 평평하게 펴서 말려주세요.
      걸어두면 니트의 형태가 변형될 수 있으므로 완전히 말린 뒤 접어서 서랍에 두며, 여름같이 장기 보관 시에는 지퍼백에 넣어주세요.
  • 면
      컬러를 선명하게 유지하기 위해 겨드랑이, 네크라인, 소매 같은 부분의 얼룩을 본세탁 전에 부분적으로 세탁해주는 것이 좋습니다.
      손세탁과 기계세탁 모두 가능합니다. 높은 온도에서도 가능하나 수축을 방지하고 오래 최상의 상태를 유지하기 위해서는 30도의 물을 사용하는 것이 일반적으로 가장 좋습니다.
      세탁 전에 소량의 얼룩 제거제를 필요한 부분에 문질러 얼룩을 미리 지울 수 있으나, 염색한 부분에 지장이 없는지 솔기 안쪽에 미리 테스트해보는 것이 좋습니다. 특히 어두운색 제품에 권장합니다.
      열이 섬유를 손상하고 줄어들게 만들 수 있으므로 면 제품은 건조기보다 걸어서 말리는 것이 좋습니다.
  • 쉬폰
      제품 보호를 위해 드라이크리닝 또는 단독손세탁을 권장합니다
  • 폴리에스테르
      다른 세탁물과 분리해 단독 세탁하는 것이 좋으며 열에 약하므로 미즈근한 물로 중성세제를 사용하여 세탁하는 것을 권장합니다
  • 큐프라
      엷은 색을 세탁기의 일반 코스로 세탁할 수 있습니다. 하지만 어두운 색은 변색 방지를 위해 전문적으로 세탁해야 합니다.
  • 레이온
      물에 젖으면 줄어드는 현상이 있으므로 드라이크리닝을 권장합니다.
  • 아크릴
      드라이크리닝을 권장하며 30도 이하의 물에 뒤집어서 단독세탁을 권장합니다.
  • 트위드
      제품보호를 위해 드라이크리닝을 권장합니다
  • 데님
      데님은 입을 때마다 세탁할 필요가 없습니다. 입고 나면 걸어서 바람이 통하게 해주세요.
      표면 오염은 그 부분만 젖은 천으로 닦거나 부드럽게 빗질해주세요.
      데님 세탁 시에는 찬물에 손세탁 또는 약한 세탁 코스로 해주세요. 색을 보존하기 위해 약한 세제를 사용해주세요.
      색을 유지하기 위해 뒤집어서 세탁하는 것이 좋습니다.
      회전식 건조는 줄어들게 할 수 있으므로 걸어서 공기 중에 말려주세요. 데님의 무게감이 주름을 펴는 데 도움이 됩니다. 열이 섬유를 약하게 만들 수 있으므로 다림질은 피해 주세요.

  • 실크
      실크 제품은 입을 때마다 세탁하기보다 색 유지를 위해 직사광선을 피해 걸어둔 상태로 바람을 통해주는 것이 좋습니다.
      미지근한 물에서 약한 샴푸나 세제로 손세탁하는 것이 가장 좋으나, 색이 빠질 수 있으므로 푹 담그지 말아야 합니다. 짜지 않고 헹궈낸 뒤 수건으로 닦아냅니다.
      기계 세탁 시에는 약한 세탁 코스 및 저속 회전 탈수 코스에서 소량의 세제로 합니다. 세탁망은 실크 제품이 찢기거나 과도하게 뒤틀리지 않게 보호하는 데 도움이 됩니다.
      건조 시에는 무게감 있는 아이템을 수건 위에 놓고 주름진 부분을 저온으로 다리거나 스팀을 쏘여줍니다.

  • 가죽
      가죽 제품은 물에 약간 적신 천으로 가죽의 오염된 부분만 닦아주세요.
      가죽 전용 밤으로 관리하면 좋습니다. 소량을 천에 묻혀 부드럽게 닦아주세요.
      열쇠같이 날카로운 물건에 유의하세요. 부드러운 가죽은 긁힐 수 있습니다.
      입고 난 뒤 직사광선을 피해 걸어서 바람을 통하게 해주세요.

Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

      2. Requirements:

      Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

      1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
      -you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
      -the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
      -the ordered item is out of stock.

      2) We accept return(s) if:

      -you receive a product different from your order; or

      -you receive a defective product.

      **Return Instructions

      (1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.

      (2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.

      (3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

      *Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

      *Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

      *Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

      * Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

      3) We do not accept return(s) if:

      -you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
      -you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
      -the products are damaged due to your mishandling
      -your return request is not approved by our staff

      The following items are not considered defective:

      * Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
      * Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
      * Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

      4) If there is a missing item from your order:

      *Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
      *Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

      Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
